Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using getsubs.tv (the "Site") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.

What the Site does

SUBS is a streaming and creator platform that enables fans to launch community tokens (coins) for public creators on YouTube, Twitch, and Kick. Trading fees on those coins are used to fund real gift subs on the creator's platform. Creator coins are community-participation tokens, not investments, securities, or financial instruments of any kind.

Not financial or investment advice

• Coins issued on the SUBS protocol are not securities or investment contracts.
• Nothing on the Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any token.
• Trading coins carries substantial risk. You may lose the entire amount you spend.
• SUBS does not guarantee any return or gift outcome.
• Past performance of any coin is not indicative of future results.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Site. The Site is not available to persons in jurisdictions where crypto-asset trading or related services are prohibited by law. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you are.

Creator coins and listings

Anyone can launch a coin for any public creator channel on the SUBS protocol. A listing is not an endorsement by SUBS of that creator or their content. SUBS is not affiliated with YouTube, LLC; Twitch Interactive, Inc.; or Kick. Coin launches are permissionless; SUBS does not vet or approve individual launches.

Gift sub delivery

The Bag pipeline converts accumulated creator-tax funds into real platform gifts on a best-efforts basis. Gift delivery is not guaranteed and depends on platform API availability, rate limits, and minimum gift thresholds. SUBS is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party platform changes.

User content and conduct

You are responsible for any content you submit, including channel handles and coin names. You agree not to use the Site for fraud, market manipulation, impersonation of other creators, or any purpose that violates applicable law. SUBS reserves the right to remove content or restrict access for violations of these terms.

On-chain transactions are irreversible

Transactions confirmed on Robinhood Chain are irreversible. SUBS cannot reverse, refund, or cancel confirmed blockchain transactions. You are solely responsible for verifying transaction details before submitting.

No affiliation with streaming platforms

SUBS and getsubs.tv have no affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from YouTube, Twitch, Kick, or their parent companies. References to those platforms are for descriptive purposes only. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SUBS and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to: loss of funds, failed gift delivery, or reliance on token prices. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Site.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular coin will have liquidity. Blockchain infrastructure, RPC availability, and third-party APIs are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction where SUBS is registered, unless prohibited by your local consumer protection law.
