What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains what information SUBS collects when you use getsubs.tv (the "Site"), how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Wallet addresses you connect to the Site. These are public by design on-chain.
• Platform OAuth data when you choose to claim your creator channel: your platform username, channel ID, and display name. We do not receive passwords or post on your behalf.
• Basic usage data: pages visited, referrer, browser type, and approximate location derived from IP. Collected via first-party analytics.
• On-chain transaction data. Because all gift and trade transactions happen on a public blockchain, they are permanently public regardless of this policy.

Information we do not collect

• Passwords or payment card data.
• Real names unless you voluntarily provide them.
• Private keys or seed phrases (never share these with anyone).

How we use your information

• Providing and improving the Site and the SUBS protocol.
• Verifying channel ownership during the claim flow.
• Detecting abuse or fraud.
• Sending transactional emails if you opted into notifications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers who help operate the Site (hosting, analytics) under contractual privacy obligations. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

On-chain data is permanent

Transactions on Robinhood Chain are public and permanent. Once a transaction is broadcast, no request to SUBS can erase it from the blockchain. If you trade or receive a gift sub, that record is publicly visible forever.

Third-party platforms

SUBS is not affiliated with YouTube, Twitch, or Kick. When you connect a platform account for channel verification, that platform's own privacy policy governs the OAuth session. We request only read access to your channel identity.

Cookies and local storage

The Site uses functional local storage to remember your wallet connection and preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Analytics are first-party and do not share data with ad networks.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you (excluding on-chain data, which is beyond our control). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We aim to respond within 30 days.
